Weekly calls, then funds
Customer generations use trial/bonus calls, then weekly allowance, then preloaded USD funds. There is no automatic top-up or negative balance.

- Unused weekly allowance expires at its paid period’s end.
- After an unpaid renewal, no new allowance or discount is added; funded usage uses the standard rate after the paid period ends.
- Funds stay available while the account remains open. USD prices include applicable tax.
Manage payments
- Use the funds card’s + action in the dashboard to add funds through Stripe checkout.
- Use Manage subscription for payment details and cancellation at the paid period’s end.

Balances appear after verified payment, not just a checkout return. Purchases marked Stripe test mode do not fund production usage. See the Terms of Service for renewal, cancellation and refund rights.
What is charged
- Only an API HTTP 200 generation spends allowance or funds. A later target rejection does not reverse that charge.
- Failed generation releases its reserved calls or funds. Invalid input, policy/domain rejection, rate/capacity rejection and usage reads are not billable.
- A client timeout may hide a completed generation. Check history before retrying.
- Insufficient allowance and funds return HTTP 402
insufficient_credits.
Your account’s requests-per-second ceiling is separate from shared service capacity. See Usage for the effective limit. There are no daily or monthly call caps.
